Hispanic Heritage Month is a vibrant celebration of the cultures, histories and contributions of the Hispanic community. With 15.6% of the undergraduate student population identifying as Hispanic, UNC Charlotte has been recognized as an Emerging Hispanic-Serving Institution by Excelencia in Higher Education.

UNC Charlotte Latinx/a/o Alumni Network

The mission of the UNC Charlotte Latinx/a/o Alumni Network is to build a strong and supportive community of Latinx/a/o alumni. The network seeks to advance education, cultivate connections with students and alumni, and engage with the city of Charlotte. It aims to offer avenues for professional growth, social interaction, continuous learning, community involvement and backing for university athletics. Students who are interested are encouraged to reach out to the network for more information and involvement opportunities.
