UNC Charlotte Ranks Among Top 30 in U.S. for Career Outcomes, ROI for International Students
UNC Charlotte has been recognized as one of the top 30 universities in the United States for career outcomes and return on investment for international students, according to the 2024 F1 Hire Career Outcome University Ranking, released in October.

- NinerScholars Portal Open: The portal is now open for students to apply for scholarships for the 2025-26 academic year. All units are asked to review their webpages and print materials to ensure scholarship-related information is current and all messaging directs students to access the portal through the University Scholarship Office webpage.
- First Gen Week: UNC Charlotte is celebrating National First-Generation College Student Week through Nov. 10. Check out what’s happening throughout the week.
election Day
Tomorrow is Election Day: Don’t forget to vote if you haven’t already, Niners! Review voting information at the 49er Democracy Experience website.
- Getting to the Polls: Charlotte Area Transit System is announcing fare-free transportation on CATS services on Election Day to provide easier access to polling locations.
- After the Election: Gain a deeper understanding of the electoral landscape in a post-election conversation led by Eric Heberlig, professor of political science and public administration, at noon, Wednesday, Nov. 6, via Zoom.
