Elimination of PD-7 Form

Beginning Tuesday, April 1, human resources is eliminating use of the PD-7 form submission requirement for EHRA non-faculty positions and/or employee actions. The PD-7 form will no longer be required or necessary to complete the actions outlined in the table above.
Why is the PD-7 form being eliminated?
This change is being made to complement the recent alignment of UNC Charlotte’s NinerTalent position management forms and processes (create new, modify and update PD) for both SHRA and EHRA staff.
Since this is a significant change to current processes, human resources will continue to accept the PD-7 form through Monday, June 30.
