New online courses: LEADer Refreshers offered to Charlotte managers
The Office of Human Resources leadership and organizational development team is launching a new series of online courses, LEADer Refreshers, designed to be taken as just-in-time training. While similar to the courses found in the Manager’s Toolkit, LEADer Refreshers are shorter, are not assigned or required and are open to all managers and leaders on campus.
