Update to Daily Rental Rate for 15-Passenger Vans

Fleet management is committed to providing the University community with safe, reliable and well-maintained transportation resources. As part of our ongoing responsibility to operate efficiently and maintain compliance with state and campus standards, our team periodically reviews operating costs.

Due to increases in vehicle insurance premiums and other associated expenses, the daily rental rate for 15-passenger vans will be adjusted effective Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026.

• Current Rate: $48 per day
• New Rate: $78 per day, effective Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026

Any reservations that have already been approved will be honored at the current rate.

The fleet management team appreciates the support of our campus partners as we work to provide safe, dependable vehicles for University programs, events and academic activities.
