21 campus leaders earn LEADing What’s Next certificate

Twenty-one campus leaders successfully completed the LEADing What’s Next certificate, offered through human resources. Members of the fall 2025 cohort successfully finished at least five of the seven specialized leadership skills training sessions presented by the learning and organizational development team to enhance their leadership effectiveness as managers and supervisors.

UNC Charlotte’s LEADing What’s Next certificate is a cohort-based leadership development curriculum tailored for supervisors and managers. This program empowers participants to enhance their leadership effectiveness by developing skills in conflict management, delegation, accountability, employee well-being and other crucial areas, all within a collaborative peer learning environment.
