- Sign up for two workshops: At 1 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 24, learn practical strategies to incorporate DEI into your courses, and at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 25, discover five powerful activities that will foster a growth mindset among your students.
- The Center for Integrated Care invites faculty and staff to register for GUIDE, an empathic communications training to empower them to conduct effective student support at 9 a.m., Friday, Jan. 26.
- Encourage students to participate in career fairs offered this semester. Your support will play a pivotal role in helping them explore career opportunities and network with employers.

- Compete in Green Dot’s T-shirt design contest. Submissions are due by Friday, Jan. 26; the winner will receive a $150 prize! More info is on the Center for Wellness Promotion website.

- The next QPR training for students is 4 to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 25. Question, Persuade and Refer is a 90-minute training to foster a community of care by teaching individuals to recognize the warning signs of suicide, including verbal, behavioral and situational clues.
- Register for the UNC Charlotte Urban Institute’s 2024 Schul Forum, 1 to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 1, at The Dubois Center at UNC Charlotte Center City.
- The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation will host Studio 49 workshops every Tuesday in February to help students prepare for the spring pitch competition.
