- Honoring those who served: Chancellor Gaber’s Veterans Day message.
- The first of two Tuition and Fees Advisory Board open meetings will be held today, Nov. 8, at 4 p.m. in the Barnhardt Student Activity Center Salons to hear recommendations for changes to tuition and mandatory student fees. The second meeting, which includes public comment, will be at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 15, in the Cone Center, Room 112.
- Reminder: The campus conversation around upward mobility with Raj Chetty, the William A. Ackman Professor of Economics at Harvard University and director of Opportunity Insights is at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, in the Popp Martin Student Union.
- Join the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources Statewide Wellness Program at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, for a brief presentation on stress, sleep and dietary habits, followed by a cooking demonstration of pumpkin zucchini bread.
- Register for the Intro to Learning Objectives and Backward Design workshop, sponsored by the Center of Teaching and Learning, at 10 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 16.
