- Reminder: The virtual public presentation for the first finalist for the associate vice chancellor for facilities management position is at 4 p.m., today, Monday, May 20.
- Join the 49er Mart virtual forum from 2 to 4 p.m., Thursday, May 23. Register and find details on the message board. Also, learn more about a new Best Buy punch-out catalog for your department shopping needs.
- Most faculty and staff will begin using Concur for travel and expense management on Aug. 1. Learn more about Concur terminology, meal policy changes and register to attend a town hall.
- Register to play in the 46th annual Charlotte 49er Club Golf Outing at the Cabarrus Country Club, Monday, June 3.
- The UNC Charlotte Police and Public Safety Department will undergo re-accreditation next month through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies. Learn more and provide feedback online.
- EHS compliance training in the Learning and Development Portal will be unavailable Tuesday, June 11, through Wednesday, June 19, due to a vendor upgrade. All other training offerings will be accessible. Complete all “in progress” EHS compliance training before Monday, June 10.

Charlotte’s 49ers racing team placed second overall among 108 of the world’s best at this year’s Formula SAE competition held at Michigan International Speedway; the car was fully designed, engineered and raced by the student team from start to record-breaking finish.
