Dynamic Listening Skills, part of the virtual 2024 Webinar Series for Charlotte Employees, is scheduled for noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 9.

Effective communication is the secret ingredient to an organization’s bottom-line demands. Dynamic Listening Skills is designed to help participants to become familiar with the processes that enhances listening strategies and encourages productive interactions.

In addition, participants will learn to:

  • Acknowledge the emotions and ideas of others to build trust and improve communication in team situations
  • Adjust communication behaviors to communicate with different styles
  • Listen actively to separate message content from feeling
  • Ask questions to expand knowledge and bring out new ideas
