Tim Keane ’88, ’97M.S. named Baltimore’s planning director

Keane, a 2018 recipient of the College of Arts +Architecture’s Distinguished Alumni Award, joins the city from Charleston, South Carolina.

A nationally recognized city planner, Keane “will lead the Planning Department at a critical moment for Baltimore, as we build on our momentum and grow our city in a way that benefits all our residents,” said Mayor Brandon Scott.
