ESPN’s afternoon edition of SportsCenter will broadcast live from the CHHS/CoED Plaza starting at 2 p.m., today, ahead of Charlotte’s home football game against Rice, tonight at 7:30 p.m.
- Pack the Plaza: The campus community is encouraged to view the show from the plaza and be featured in the background showcasing their best 49er spirit. Click here to download and print mini signs.
- Gameday Reminders: Review important parking and transportation information for tonight’s game. Classes are not cancelled for weekday football games. Faculty and students are responsible for all required hours, and faculty should make alternative arrangements for classes and labs scheduled to take place on the main campus at or after 2:30 p.m.

- Tuition Waiver Process: The employee tuition waiver process moved to a new system Tuesday, Sept. 16. The steps to access and complete a waiver remain the same. Please review additional information about the waiver process and updated FAQs on the educational benefits webpage.
- Required Training: IT Security Training is now available for all full-time and part-time staff. Student and temporary employees will be assigned the training Thursday, Oct. 16.
- Athletics Hall of Fame Class: Gabe Garcia, Chris Haney, Rephel Martin and Olumide Larry Ogunjobi joined the ranks of Charlotte legends as the fifth Hall of Fame class in Charlotte Athletics.
