Tchernavia Montgomery is reinterpreting community health. As CEO of Care Ring, Montgomery, The Post’s Newsmaker of the Year, that means shepherding a $3 million campaign to move the nonprofit health center into a new state-of-the-art facility. It entails expanding programs for babies and new moms. And opening a pantry to help clients at risk of food insecurity.
