Construction at Jerry Richardson Stadium has reached an exciting new phase. What began as renderings and blueprints is now taking shape in steel, concrete and brick.

Towering above the west side of the stadium, the expansion is transforming the game-day experience with new premium seating, club spaces, enhanced fan amenities and expanded capacity — all designed to support the continued rise of Charlotte Athletics.

The vision is becoming reality. Massive steel structures now define the future home of expanded seating, premium hospitality spaces and one of the most dramatic transformations in Jerry Richardson Stadium history.

Beyond the gates, an entirely new way to experience Charlotte Football is taking shape. Premium club seating, suites and hospitality spaces will create unforgettable places to gather, entertain clients or enjoy game day with family and friends — all while offering some of the best views in Jerry Richardson Stadium. The expansion also includes enhanced spaces that support the student-athlete experience, including a new training table designed to better serve Charlotte Football throughout the season.

Behind the Scenes

Some of the biggest upgrades won't be the most visible — but fans will notice the difference. Located between Gates 2 and 3, the new grab-and-go market will feature bottled beverages, beer, wine, snacks and sweets with unattended, contactless checkout for a quicker, more convenient concession experience. Behind the scenes, expanded operations and fan services will help keep game day running smoothly from kickoff to the final whistle.
