Niner Nation, Start Your Engines
Homecoming may be over, but we’re not done cheering on the Niners just yet. Layne Riggs ’24 is racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend and Niner Nation gets 25% off tickets.
After welcoming NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series regular-season champion and Charlotte alum Layne Riggs ’24 back to campus for Homecoming, it’s our turn to follow him to the track. Riggs will be behind the wheel at Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend as he continues his run for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship. And we’d like to give him a little home-track advantage, Niner Nation style.
UNC Charlotte students, alumni, faculty, staff and fans can get 25% off Friday or Sunday race tickets with promo code FortyNiners2026. Purchase through the Niner Nation offer and you’ll be seated with fellow Niners in Section 140.
