Recipes sought for 'Fresh Fares' cookbook

The Advisory Committee to the Chancellor for Employee Health and Wellness is soliciting recipes for a "Fresh Fares" cookbook. Faculty and staff members are encouraged to submit healthy recipes that can be shared as a resource. The cookbook will contain all types of recipes from appetizers, tapas, entrees, desserts, drinks, etc.

The deadline to submit recipes, which will be reviewed the University dietitian, is Monday, April 1. A PDF version of the final "Fresh Fares" cookbook is expected to be available on the yourhealth.uncc.edu website by early May.
