Camps on Campus, the University's summer programs of academic enrichment camps for children and young people in rising grades one through 12, will embark on its 17th year this summer.
UNC Charlotte staff and faculty will be able to participate in early registration from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Jan. 30, by calling 704-687-8900. A valid UNC Charlotte ID is required.
Week-long programs start June 12 and run through Aug. 4. There are no camps scheduled for the week of July 3. Click here to view this year’s schedule of offerings.
University employees who register over the phone should first visit the summer camps website to create an online account and complete the 2017 camper safety/medical information application for each child they plan to register; this will save time during the online registration process.
Individuals who created an account in 2016 or a prior year can reuse the same account but are required to update the safety/medical application. Accounts can be created or updated at any time prior to employee and public registration dates.
Public registration will open at 8 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 31.
Camp fees are $250 per week for full-day or $175 for half-day camps. Youth digital and partner camps are $395 per week. Camp fees should be paid in full at the time of registration, or registrants can pay a $100 deposit per camp with the balance due 14 days prior to each camp start date.
