Purchasing policy revised
On Aug.28, University Policy 601.11 Purchasing Policy was revised to provide clarifying language and to address some substantive changes such as a change in the Federal Uniform Guidance threshold for bidding. The revisions include specific updates re: Petty Cash, P-Card Purchases, Affirmative Action (including Veteran status) as well as specific updates regarding purchasing activity such as Standing Purchase Orders, Direct Pay Requests, Written Contracts (and Authority to Sign Contracts noted) and Consulting Agreements.
