UNC Charlotte Children’s Choir to resume

Tuesday, January 18, 2022

The UNC Charlotte Children’s Choir is scheduled to resume on Jan. 31. This free, 14-week program provides students in grades three through five the chance to participate in a choral ensemble. University faculty and music education students will provide instruction.

Children are selected by their music teachers to participate in the choir.

The University’s COVID protocols will be enforced; students will be masked for rehearsals, which will be Mondays from 4:45 to 6 p.m. in the Robinson Hall for the Performing Arts.

For more information, email choir director Fred Spano, associate professor and coordinator of music education, at fspano@uncc.edu. Required waiver and registration forms are on the UNC Children’s Choir website.
