OneIT making remote support easier for most University computers

In the next couple of days, employees should see a new icon on their Windows desktop and start menu that says “OneIT Support." Mac users will see the same icon in self-service and applications.

When working with the Service Desk, click on this icon will make it easier to establish a remote-control session. See the Windows FAQ and the Mac FAQ for more details.
