CHEERS TO THE Bevery
Charlotte’s first seltzer brewery has a new name: The Bevery. It opened in 2020 as Summit Seltzer, and now alumna Kristin Cagney ’19 is expanding the offerings, serving beer, wine, cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks — a new menu is on the way.
The Charlotte 49ers made history this spring: Softball's Bailey Vannoy was invited to the USA National Team tryouts, and baseball's Cam Fisher earned several All-America honors. Plus, women's tennis earned its first NCAA tournament bid, men's golf advanced to its third straight NCAA Tournament, and two track athletes were named All-America. Go Niners!
