Communicate Like a Rockstar, part of the virtual 2024 Webinar Series for Charlotte Employees, is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 14, from 12 to 1 p.m.
The ability to communicate effectively in business is essential to both the individual and the organization. Communicate like a Rockstar is designed to help participants develop strong communication skills - both in-person and across a variety of channels including email, instant messaging and video.
In addition, participants will learn to:
- Understand how the communication process can be managed to help recognize and overcome barriers
- Positively influence another person’s behavior and his/her way of thinking
- Adapt their delivery and message to the style of that other person
