Research indicates that for some individuals, the winter months pose unique challenges to health and well-being. The Advisory Committee to the Chancellor for Employee Health and Wellness (ACCEHW) offers the below suggestions on how faculty and staff members can beat the winter doldrums and enjoy this much-maligned time of year.

Built to house the University’s earth and life sciences programs, the McEniry Building is named for UNC Charlotte’s first vice chancellor for academic affairs, William Hugh McEniry.
