YOUR DAILY NEED TO KNOW: FACULTY & STAFF
- The University will host a faculty and staff town hall at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, to answer questions about planning for the fall semester, the COVID-19 vaccine and other topics that may be on your mind.
- REMINDER: OS upgrades are available for most University computers until Wednesday, March 24.
YOUR DAILY NEED TO KNOW: STUDENTS
- Chick-fil-A will become a Niner Diners Mobile or kiosk ordering only location starting today. There are four kiosks located in Lower Prospector. If you need help with your order, a greeter will be there to assist you.
- The 2nd and 3rd floors of Atkins Library will be periodically inaccessible due to carpeting and painting in those areas through March. The ground and 1st floors will remain open for studying, and dry erase boards located at each entrance will list study areas and sections that will be closed each day.

Alumnus wins regional Emmy Award: Danny Tulledge ’15 won a regional Emmy for Technical Achievement for a 3D animated segment on hurricanes.
Professor’s work on dissertation writing published in "Tomorrow’s Professor": Stanford University’s "Tomorrow’s Professor," an online faculty development resource, recently featured an excerpt from a book chapter by Lisa Russell-Pinson, the Graduate School’s assistant teaching professor of writing.
