Five 49ers named to Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list
The Charlotte Business Journal recently named four UNC Charlotte alumni and a faculty member to its 40 Under 40 Awards class for 2021. The awards program, which has been a staple in the greater Charlotte region for the past 28 years, recognizes members of the local community who are under the age of 40 and have already made a significant mark in their careers.

QPR stands for question, persuade and refer — the three simple steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. People trained in QPR learn to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and to question, persuade and refer someone to help. To register, visit the Learning and Organizational Development Portal and log in using your NinerNET credentials. The session is listed under “All Staff and Faculty.”
