Important mitigation testing information

As a reminder, all unvaccinated non-residential students, faculty and staff are required to participate in weekly mitigation testing. If you have not scheduled your mitigation test for the current week, Sept. 5-10, please do so now. UNC Charlotte is covering the cost of on-campus mitigation testing. If you do not register for an appointment, you will need to submit an off-campus, negative test result, at your expense, by Friday, Sept. 10, at 11:59 p.m.

  • Do you know a student who would excel as an orientation counselor? Orientation counselors serve as small group facilitators, peer educators, resource guides and role models to first-year and transfer students as they transition to Charlotte. Orientation counselors also help facilitate Gold Rush and Family Weekend programming. When you nominate a student, New Student & Family Services staff will email them with more information. Please nominate all students by Wednesday, Sept. 22, so that they have time to complete their application.
