UNC Charlotte was recognized as one of the nation’s most innovative universities and a leader in social mobility by U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 Best Colleges Rankings. This marks the first year Charlotte has been identified in the innovation category, which is in its seventh year.

Mitigation Testing Information
As a reminder, all unvaccinated non-residential students, faculty and staff are required to participate in weekly mitigation testing. If you have not scheduled your mitigation test for the current week, Sept. 12-17, please do so now. UNC Charlotte is covering the cost of on-campus mitigation testing. If you do not register for an appointment, you will need to submit an off-campus, negative test result, at your expense, by Friday, Sept. 17, at 11:59 p.m.

- The University Career Center, located next to Atkins Library, will host drop-in hours throughout the fall. Drop-ins are brief 10- to 15-minute sessions focused on topics such as resumes, internship/co-op search, LinkedIn profile critique and more.

- 9/15: National Latinx Heritage Month begins Wednesday, Sept. 15. To celebrate and recognize the achievements of the Latinx community on campus, the Hispanic College Awareness Program is collaborating with the Latin American Student Organization to kickoff a celebration of Latinx Heritage Month.
