COVID-19 Information
COVID-19 mitigation testing
The University is continuing to conduct ongoing COVID-19 mitigation testing of unvaccinated nonresidential students, faculty and staff. If you have not scheduled your mitigation test for the current week, Nov. 7-12, please do so now. UNC Charlotte is covering the cost of on-campus mitigation testing. If you do not register for and participate in an on-campus test, you will need to submit an off-campus, negative test result, at your expense, by Friday, Nov. 12, at 11:59 p.m.

- In November, Atkins Library will re-enable automated courtesy notifications, which are emails that remind patrons about upcoming due dates for library materials. If you receive a notification for an item you have returned, review your library account via the library’s web page by clicking on My Accounts. If you think you’ve returned a library item that is still appearing on your library account, submit a form to request a search for a returned item. For questions about courtesy notifications, contact libraryaccounts@uncc.edu.
- Graduate admissions is transitioning to Slate by Technolutions, a system that will provide the University with a more comprehensive, scalable, integrated and sustainable recruitment and admissions system. The current AdmissionPros system (mygradschool.uncc.edu and eGRAD.uncc.edu) will be unavailable from Tuesday, Nov. 16, at 11:59 p.m. through Sunday, Nov. 21. During that time, the applicant, recommender and GPD portals will be unavailable.

- 11/5: Join us for a Happy Hour Pep Rally (CharLIT) with Coach Healy, starting at 5 p.m. at the UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.
- 11/5: Join one of the Niner Nation gatherings happening this evening and help paint the city green: Wine Vault (University City) and Summit Seltzery (Wesley Heights). Must be at least 21 years old to attend these events.
- 11/6: Cheer on our Charlotte 49ers during the Homecoming football game as they take on the Rice Owls. Put on your Charlotte 49er green and fill the stands of Jerry Richardson Stadium. Kickoff is 3:30 p.m.
