    Exit Testing

    Exit testing for winter break is being offered through Thursday, Dec. 16. Registration is available here using the mitigation testing form. All employees and students, regardless of vaccination status, are welcome to take part in this free exit testing.

Meditative practices can aid in bringing calmness, clarity and presence to a situation. In times of stress, these practices can reduce anxiety, promote kindness within oneself and generate self-awareness.
