Collaborative cross-campus video project helps preserve Belk College's rich history
Living history videos, filmed as a digital time capsule to support the college’s 50th anniversary celebration, are now available for future generations through Goldmine, the online repository for the Atkins Library’s Special Collections and University Archives.
"We were so glad we were able to partner with the library to create this lasting tribute to our faculty and their contributions," said Belk College Dean Jennifer Troyer.
Every Friday we will introduce a Niner. Have a suggestion on who we should highlight next? Email us at ninerinsider.uncc.edu.

The University will hold vaccine and booster shot clinics (Pfizer and Moderna) on campus on Thursdays and Fridays in partnership with VaxVan. The first clinic will be Jan. 13-14. Register for an appointment.
If I tested positive for COVID-19 over winter break, what should I do?
If you tested positive for COVID-19 over winter break, please fill out the testing exception form and upload your positive test result on the Niner Nation Cares website. Employees and students who have tested positive for COVID-19 and have reported it to the University do not need to participate in re-entry or mitigation testing at this time. Beginning 90 days from when you first tested positive for COVID-19, if you are not fully vaccinated (including a booster shot when eligible), you will be required to follow the new testing protocols.
