COVID-19 Information
How do I determine if I’m fully vaccinated?
You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received the initial vaccine dose(s) and a booster dose. CDC guidelines advise getting a booster five months after your last Pfizer or Moderna shot or two months after your Johnson & Johnson shot. If you have received your booster vaccine and have not reported it to the University, please submit that information so we can update your vaccination record.
