How do I determine if I’m fully vaccinated?

You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received the initial vaccine dose(s) and a booster dose. CDC guidelines advise getting a booster five months after your last Pfizer or Moderna shot or two months after your Johnson & Johnson shot. If you have received your booster vaccine and have not reported it to the University, please submit that information so we can update your vaccination record.

The State Health Plan (Plan) will offer this coverage to Plan members enrolled in the 80/20 and 70/30 PPO Plans as well as the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) via the pharmacy benefit. There is a limit of 8 At-Home Rapid tests per 30 days (based on the number of tests not kits). This does not apply to tests purchased prior to Jan. 15.
