Thoughtful Cup opens with mural honoring liberal arts thinkers
Formerly the home of Fretwell Café, the Thoughtful Cup provides expanded space for more than just fresh brewed coffee, espresso drinks and delicious bakery items. It has been transformed into a place for student and faculty collaboration, impromptu meetings and, of course, caffeine.
Every Friday we will introduce a Niner. Have a suggestion on who we should highlight next? Email us at ninerinsider.uncc.edu.
COVID-19 Information
Campus Mask Mandate
Masks remain required on campus. You should wear a well-fitted mask that fits securely over both your nose and mouth and contains multiple layers. N95 or KN95 are the best choices, followed by surgical masks. Other masks do not provide as much protection as these options, but can be enhanced by double masking or adding a filter. If you need a surgical mask, you may pick one up from any of the following locations:
- The information desk in the Popp Martin Student Union
- Atkins Library
- Niner Central
- University Advising Center
