Diversity Dashboard launches
Charlotte's new Diversity Dashboard — created through a collaboration of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and the Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support — offers fingertip access to data about the compositional diversity of Charlotte's students and employees.

- Celebrate Earth Month with the annual tree planting, campus cleanup, student garden day and other events. Learn more about the events and how to register online.
- Gov. Jeb Bush and Secretary Janet Napolitano will deliver the 11th annual Chancellor's Speaker Series presentation, “The Future of Higher Education," Tuesday, March 22, at 3:30 p.m. in Cone University Center, McKnight Hall. Student Body President Dick Beekman will moderate the discussion. Students, faculty and staff are asked to register for the event.

- State Health Plan members can find information on ways to obtain at-home rapid COVID-19 tests and other COVID-19 resources on the State Health Plan website.

- The Dean of Students Office is seeking nominations for the following awards: Bonnie Cone Leadership Award, Noble Niner Award, Chuck Lynch Award and the Chancellor's Citations for Leadership and Service. Applications close Sunday, March 20.
- Applications are being accepted for the 2022 Homecoming student chairs. There are positions available in marketing and outreach and coordinating the Niner 9. Apply by Sunday, March 27.

Biological sciences researcher receives Harshini V. de Silva Award: Adam Reitzel, professor of biological sciences, is the 2022 recipient of the Harshini V. de Silva Graduate Mentor Award. He was honored at a special ceremony Tuesday, March 15.
