Students raise awareness about bird collisions

An estimated 100 million to one billion birds are killed in the United States each year due to birds colliding with buildings. Hannah Partridge, Chandler Horton and other students involved in the UNC Charlotte Audubon Campus Chapter are trying to change that one building at a time.

    • 4/23: Reflect on Martin Luther King Jr. and his legacy while engaging in service-learning throughout the Charlotte region from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Learn why the University participates in service in honor of MLK while connecting with the greater Charlotte community.
