Students raise awareness about bird collisions
An estimated 100 million to one billion birds are killed in the United States each year due to birds colliding with buildings. Hannah Partridge, Chandler Horton and other students involved in the UNC Charlotte Audubon Campus Chapter are trying to change that one building at a time.

Belk College and Turner School earn AACSB reaccreditation: UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business and its Turner School of Accountancy have earned five-year accreditation renewals from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the premier business accreditation organization in the world.
MEDIA HIGHLIGHTS
Elizabeth Delmelle, associate professor of geography and earth sciences, who studies urban transportation, offered perspective in a WFAE news story about public transportation in Charlotte.
Sophia Marshall, senior associate director, University Recreation Office, commented in Campus Rec Magazine about UREC hosting Fit Expo 2022, which attracted 300-plus students from more than 30 institutions.
