  • Please read this important provost search update from Dean Rob Keynton, chair of the search committee, and register to meet the four finalists at their upcoming campus presentations. The first candidate forum will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the movie theater of the Popp Martin Student Union.
  • Doug Lape, director of parking and transportation services, has been appointed interim associate vice chancellor for business services effective Thursday, Sept. 1.
  • The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX provides a centralized reporting structure for receiving and resolving reports of sexual or interpersonal misconduct, as well as discrimination and harassment based on other protected statuses listed in the revised University Policy 501.
  • Benefits-eligible employees who are tobacco users can attend a tobacco cessation counseling session to earn a lower health insurance premium for 2023.
  • The Office of Research and Economic Development and the College of Arts + Architecture invite faculty to a research mixer at 5 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 6, to learn more about the new Collaborative Exploration Grants. Please RSVP by Tuesday, Aug. 30, by emailing red-events@uncc.edu.
