Niner Conquers Mount Kilimanjaro
Deepika Dave ’15, founder of RAYS Global Foundation and advocate for youth and female empowerment in the U.S. and India, recently conquered Mount Kilimanjaro.

- The Benefitfocus Platform (eBenefits) will be inaccessible for ALL users from 4:15 p.m., Friday, March 24, until approximately 8 a.m., Monday, March 27. Use of eBenefits to review or update member enrollments will be unavailable during this time.
- Attend “Recovery by the Slice” Tuesday, March 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. This is an informal event for students to, explore the space and meet others in recovery while enjoying free pizza. This group is open to faculty, staff, allies or those who are curious about recovery and learning more about the Charlotte Recovery Program.
- Consider attending one of three sessions, “Affirming the Community: A Cultural Competency Training on Gender Diversity,” Monday, April 3, sponsored by students in the Master of Public Health program as part of National Public Health Week.
- Attend the Association of Nanoscience Graduate Students second annual Science Research Showcase Thursday, April 6.
- Staff in the Division of Business Affairs planned, managed and executed the 2023 UNC System Finance Conference; Charlotte hosted this 35th annual event, which drew almost 400 staff members with finance-related roles from across the state.
