• To celebrate you as a staff member, the Staff Council Events Committee is organizing an afternoon of food, music, vendors and games Tuesday, Oct. 24!
• The Center for Wellness Promotion is hosting a virtual Green Dot Training from 2 to 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25. Registration is required through the Learning and Development Portal.

• Bring your laughter A-game to tonight’s Homecoming comedy show in the Popp Martin Student Union, Room 340; doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.
• UNC Charlotte earns a second consecutive HEED Award for leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Join Area 49 and the Department of Language and Culture Studies Monday, Oct. 16, for "Where do I belong? Making space for your story," an afternoon of conversation, creation and community building. Raymone Byrd ’21 will present, “Unafraid of Uncertainty.” Light refreshments will be served.
• Join us to celebrate the latest College Vault merchandise drop at Barnes & Noble Charlotte from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow. Stop in for snacks and the chance to win giveaways. Wear a throwback costume for an opportunity to win College Vault merch.
• The Master of Social Work virtual open house for prospective students is at 6 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 12.
