• As the University approaches winter break and the end of the calendar year, please review these important Kronos and Web Time Entry year-end reminders and timesheet deadlines.
• Verify your paycheck’s benefit deductions correspond to your open enrollment elections.
• The Graduate School will offer mentor training based on the program developed by the Center for the Improvement of the Mentored Experience in Research from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26.
• The Office of Undergraduate Research is now accepting submissions for faculty project descriptions for the 2024 OUR Summer Research Program!
• Are you ready for the first day of class? The Center for Teaching and Learning workshops start Thursday, Jan. 4!  Topics include syllabus preparation, using Canvas and leveraging generative AI to help you start your semester efficiently. Sign up now!

 

STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

• As the University approaches winter break and the end of the calendar year, please review these important Kronos and Web Time Entry year-end reminders and timesheet deadlines.
• Students are automatically enrolled in the Niner Course Pack for spring unless they receive an email stating otherwise. Course materials are billed to student accounts at $20 per credit hour. If you wish to opt out of the program, you must do so between Monday, Dec. 11, and Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024. 
• The Student Involvement Legacy Wall is a collage of tiles with the names of current and former students at UNC Charlotte. Purchasing a tile for yourself or a friend or family members is a great way to leave your mark on campus.
