FACULTY & STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Correction from yesterday: The public presentation for the second finalist for the dean of the Belk College of Business is from 10:45 a.m. to noon, today, Friday, April 5, in the Popp Martin Student Union Movie Theater.
- Join the new Career Collaborative, and support your students’ pursuit of purposeful work!
- The First-Generation Committee is compiling a directory of faculty and staff who were first-generation college students. Please complete this form to be included as a resource for students.
- Register for NC Plans Roadmap to Retirement, a webinar for employees aged 50 and older, from noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, or 4 to 5 p.m., Monday, April 15.
- Attend the BRIDGES virtual information session from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, April 8, to learn about the professional development program dedicated to supporting inclusivity in higher education.
- Asian American-Pacific Islander Heritage Month is observed at Charlotte in April. Celebrate by participating in events on campus and checking out some informative resources.

UNC Charlotte junior Jalen London has been selected for the competitive Amgen Scholars program and will conduct research this summer at Harvard University.
