- Wide receiver Grant DuBose was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the 2023 NFL Draft. He is the fifth 49ers player taken in the NFL Draft in the last seven years.
- The fiscal year 2024 Audit Plan was approved by the Audit, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Committee on April 27, 2023.
- The Faculty Council and Chancellor’s Cabinet recently approved revised dates for the fall 2023 break, which will now take place Monday, Oct. 23, and Tuesday, Oct. 24. The annual Homecoming Game will be held Saturday, Oct. 14, vs. Navy, and will highlight the University's Niner Nation Week that will include Homecoming and Family Weekend.

- Spend some time with certified therapy dogs! "Paws for Exam Therapy" sessions will be held in Atkins Library during final exams.
- Join the Jamil Niner Student Pantry and Atkins Library on Wednesday, May 3, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Atkins Library ground floor entrance for a Reading Day Refuel. Stop by the tent for a healthy snack to fuel your body and brain.
