Internships are one of the strongest ways to launch your career, and finding time for one can feel impossible when you’re juggling classes, work and life. Charlotte’s Gig Internship Program removes that barrier. Launched by the Career Center in 2024, the program offers paid, short‑term, project‑based internships that let students build experience, explore career paths and strengthen their résumés while still managing everything else that comes with college.
