Faster MotorPool to replace Archibus Motor Fleet Reservations Dec. 2

In an ongoing effort to improve efficiency and user experience, fleet services will transition from the Archibus system to the Faster MotorPool reservation portal for all vehicle reservations, effective Monday, Dec. 2.

Archibus Motor Fleet reservations will be deactivated a few days before the official go live date and the Faster MotorPool link will be relocated to FM311. After the transition date, all reservations for campus vehicles must be made through the Faster MotorPool portal.

The Faster MotorPool portal offers several advantages, including:

• Improved user interface for easier navigation
• Enhanced tracking of vehicle availability
• Improved processing times for reservations
