Chancellor to address Ballantyne group

On Saturday, Aug. 15, Chancellor Philip L. Dubois will participate in a Ballantyne Breakfast Club panel discussion about education in the Charlotte region. He will join Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Superintendent Ann Clark and Tony Zeiss, president of Central Piedmont Community College.

The event, which is at the Fairway Ballroom of the Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge, is open to the public. It begins with an informal breakfast at 8:30 a.m.; the panel discussion is at 9 a.m. No RSVP is required, nor is there a charge for breakfast.

The discussion is expected to include partnerships for advanced studies that UNC Charlotte and CPCC maintain with CMS.
