Spring 2026 cohort completes LEADing What’s Next Certificate

Twenty-one campus leaders have completed the LEADing What’s Next certificate program offered through Human Resources. Members of the spring 2026 cohort finished at least five of the seven specialized leadership training sessions hosted by the Learning and Organizational Development team to strengthen their effectiveness as managers and supervisors.

About the LEADing What’s Next Certificate
UNC Charlotte’s LEADing What’s Next certificate program is a cohort-based leadership development initiative for supervisors and managers. The curriculum focuses on strengthening key leadership skills, including conflict management, delegation, accountability and employee well-being, within a collaborative peer-learning environment.
