The Department of Music has had access to first-class standard and digital pianos through an association with the Rockley Family Foundation during the past academic year.
To perpetuate this program, these instruments, along with those provided other institutions, will be sold Friday through Sunday, Aug. 9-11, at the Robinson Hall for the Performing Arts. Individuals will be able to make appointments to attend a “pre-sale” on Friday and Saturday; a final day sale will be from noon to 5 p.m., Sunday.
A large selection of new or used grand, baby grand, digital player grand and digital pianos will be available from a number of manufacturers, including Steinway and Sons, Yamaha, Kawai, Cable Nelson, Story and Clark, Pearl River, Disklavier and Clavinova. Most instruments are less than a year old and include a full factory warranty.
