The Office of International Programs (OIP) will host a tailgate celebration from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 30, at the Residence Dining Hall.
In addition to music, games and food, the event will feature international and U.S. students engaged in a cross-cultural discussion of American football, the concept of tailgating and how football compares to soccer (what much of the world regards as football).
The activities are free; dinner at the RDH will cost $10. OIP, the Education Abroad Student Association and Chartwells are co-sponsoring this event.
