Students who are interested in meeting other veterans as a way to build camaraderie with those who share similar experiences can attend meetings of a veteran’s group coordinated through the Counseling Center.
Veteran’s group meetings will be from 1 to 1:50 p.m., Mondays, starting Oct. 14; weekly sessions will go through Nov. 18.
Counseling Center staff members who have personal and professional experiences and training with veterans will facilitate the discussion group. Discussions will be on issues related to the transition from military to civilian to University life.
